Workgroup based means no server required. Backups and virus protection will ensure your data is safe. We will register your very own yourcomanyname.ie or .com domain name and set up email for this. Email and calendar is configured in Microsoft Outlook for each user and because it is Google hosted, SPAM and viruses will be virtually elimated from your mailbox as well as giving each user full access to email and calendar from anywhere in the world via the internet, or mobile/blackberry device.
Email and calendars can be shared (ideal for secretaries who need to access and update the calendar/email of others). Finally, a basic website will give your company some much needed internet presence, completing the setup package.
